When I heard about a new line of clothing called MIX I had to look twice when I read that it was going to be available exclusively from Coles. That’s right…Coles…as in the supermarket!
The grocery chain is the first in Australia to bring fashion to the shelves, so you can buy your clothes and your milk in the same place. The MIX collection features clothing and accessories and the first to stock the line is the newly refurbished store in Burwood, Victoria.
The casual clothing line is budget friendly and won’t blow out your weekly shopping budget with most items under $25. You will even be able to pick up tees from as little as $8.
The spring collection is out now and features block colours, stripes and neutrals. Regular shoppers will always have something new to browse as the collection is updated every two weeks.
From October 6th 2011 additional selected Coles stores will stock the MIX line nationwide, with plans to expand to even more stockists in 2012.
So, what do you think? Would you buy clothes where you buy bread?
